The Sibling Support Package is thoughtfully designed to guide families through the transition of welcoming a new baby while ensuring that older siblings feel valued, confident, and connected. This package includes:
Prep Session (60 minutes): A one-on-one session to prepare older siblings for the arrival of their new baby brother or sister. We’ll explore age-appropriate strategies, address concerns, and help set expectations, making sure the whole family feels ready for the upcoming changes.
Sibling Bonding Session (90 minutes): After the baby arrives, this session focuses on creating strong sibling bonds. Through hands-on activities, tips, and support, we help older siblings feel involved, empowered, and excited about their new role in the family.
15 Hours of Additional Support: Ongoing support tailored to your family’s needs, offered over the course of the postpartum period. This flexible time can be used to address sibling dynamics, answer questions, or simply provide reassurance during this time of transition.
Mid-Week Check-ins: Regular check-ins throughout the package to assess progress, address concerns, and adjust guidance as needed. This ensures consistent support as the family adjusts to their new dynamic.
The Multiples Mastery Package is designed specifically for families expecting twins, triplets, or more, offering tailored support to help you confidently prepare for and manage life with multiple newborns.
Home Prep Session: Prepare your home for the arrival of your multiples with expert advice on setting up functional spaces, organizing baby essentials, and ensuring your home is ready to handle the demands of caring for more than one newborn.
Multiple Newborn Care Prep: Learn practical strategies for caring for multiple newborns simultaneously. From feeding routines to sleep schedules, we’ll cover everything you need to feel confident about managing life with twins or more.
20 Hours of Additional Support: Hands-on, flexible support during the postpartum period. This can be used for feeding assistance, managing household routines, or caring for your babies while you rest. The support is tailored to your family’s specific needs as you adjust to caring for multiples.
Weekly Check-ins: Regular check-ins to provide ongoing guidance, answer questions, and adjust support as needed to ensure your family’s needs are met throughout the package.


Babywearing Education
Whether you’re new to babywearing or experienced but looking for adjustments, my babywearing sessions are designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to babywear comfortably at any stage.
Single Session ($150): A one-on-one session offering personalized guidance on using wraps or carriers effectively. We’ll cover proper techniques, selecting the right carrier, and making adjustments to ensure both you and baby are comfortable and supported.
"Wrap Around" Babywearing Package ($275) Includes: Pre-birth Virtual Session (30 minutes): Learn the basics of babywearing and how to choose the right carrier before your baby arrives. Newborn Session (90 minutes, 0-2 months): Hands-on guidance to help you start babywearing with your newborn, focusing on positioning, comfort, and bonding. Growth & Movement Session (60 minutes, 3-6 months): As your baby grows and starts moving more, this session helps you adjust techniques and carrier settings for ongoing comfort and convenience.
This package ensures you and your baby stay comfortable and close through all the key stages of development while making babywearing an integral part of your daily routine.
